FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: device for combined mechanical and thermal expansion of wells includes a drilling rig with rock destructing elements, a burner with fuel and air supply lines, which is arranged in the end face of the rig, a unit for dust and gas suppression with a built-in pipe for removal of a hot steam-gas flow to the environment, a control panel, electric heaters with an adsorber that is made in the form of cylinders of different diameters, which are inserted one into another and restricted with surfaces, for arrangement of an adsorbent between the inner wall of the larger cylinder and the outer wall of the smaller cylinder, and which is put with its inner wall on the outer surface of the pipe for removal of a steam-gas mixture to atmosphere. The smaller cylinder is made from bimetal. The inner wall of the smaller cylinder has a thermal conductivity coefficient, which exceeds by 2.5-3.0 times the thermal conductivity coefficient of its outer wall. The inner surface of the larger cylinder is coated with heat insulating and heat accumulating thin-fibre basalt material; with that, the thin-fibre basalt material is located in a longitudinal direction in a stretched manner throughout the height of the adsorber.
EFFECT: reduction of power consumption at continuous operation of an adsorber.
