FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: device for combined mechanical and thermal expansion of wells includes a drilling structure with rock-destructing elements, a burner with fuel and air supply lines, which is arranged in the end face of the structure, a dust and gas suppression plant with a built-in pipe for removal of hot steam and gas flow to the environment, a control panel, and electric heaters with an adsorber. Pipe for removal of hot steam and gas flow to the environment is connected to a thermoelectric generator made in the form of a housing with a through channel for hot steam and gas flow and a set of differential thermocouples, the hot ends of which are reinforced inside the through channel for hot steam and gas flow, and cold ends are located on external surface of the housing far from the through channel for hot steam and gas flow; inlet of through channel for hot steam and gas flow is connected to the cavity of the pipe for removal of hot steam and gas flow to the environment, and its outlet to the atmosphere.

EFFECT: reduction of power consumption for thermomechanical expansion of wells at continuous operation owing to using thermal potential of hot gas flow emitted from the pipe for removal of hot steam and gas flow to the environment.
