FIELD: oil and gas industry. SUBSTANCE: device has winch with drum on which flexible member is located; amplifier; power supply unit; unit for measurement of travel and tension force of flexible member; controller; digitizer; unit for setting limit values of controlled parameters whose output is connected to inlet of controller; unit of light and sound signaling system and indication unit. Additionally introduced are unit of correction of nonlinearity of transducer of measurement of flexible member tension force; unit of calibration memory; portable memory unit; spark-free unit; and control panel. Holding mechanism is made in form of guide whose one end is movably connected with winch, and the other end is rigidly connected with unit for measurement of travel and tension strength of flexible member. One of outputs of the latter unit is connected via spark-free unit with amplifier and two other outputs are connected via spark-free unit with inputs of controller. Amplifier output is connected with input of digitizer. Controller is connected by means of inputs-outputs with digitizer, unit of correction of nonlinearity of transducer of measurement of flexible member tension force, portable memory unit and with calibration memory unit. Outputs of controller are connected with inputs of unit of light and sound signaling system, indication unit and via spark-free unit with control panel. Unit for measurement of travel and tension force of flexible member may be made in form of, at least, three movable rollers located on movable flexible member in point of its bending, in form of inductive pickup for its fixation relative to movable flexible member in form of optoelectronic pickup for its fixation relative to movable flexible member. Portable memory unit is made in form of remote device communicated with other components with help of wire line or radio channel.
