FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling of initial parallel pilot-holes in central part of deposit, drilling of additional holes at same distance from floor and roof; reaming of initial pilot-holes. Initial holes are drilled at distance L from one another equaling 2.2 deposit balance thickness. Then, subsequent parallel pilot-holes are drilled in the middle between initial pilot-holes at distance of 1.1 deposit boundary, are additional holes with diameter equaling that of initial pilot-holes, then, with diameter equaling 1.1 deposit balance thickness, first, initial parallel pilot-holes are reamed, and then, subsequent parallel pilot-holes are drilled. Claimed method provides for full extraction of mineral, hard valuable ores in their mining from thin deposits and safety in mining operations due to prevention of manifestation of rock pressure. EFFECT: reduced losses of useful mineral of hard valuable ores in their mining from thin ore deposits and controlled rock pressure. 3 cl, 1 dwg
