SUBSTANCE: boiler plant includes steam boiler with steam line, surface0type steam- and-water preheater with steam supply branch pipe which is connected to steam line and condensate line provided with condensate pump. Connected to preheater steam supply branch pipe is condensate injection pipe line which is connected with condensate line after condensate pump, thus reducing scaling on inner surfaces of steam-and-water preheater.
