FIELD: oncology. SUBSTANCE: distal extremity of epigastric artery is tied up and catheter is led through upper epigastric artery into internal mammal gland artery. Catheter is fixed against walls of epigastric artery and courses of regional intraarterial polychemotherapy are performed. Method enables transport of chemical preparations toward target organ and into regional metastatic spread zones bypassing tumor edema and tumor infiltration zones.
