FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering photosensitizer immediately in the irradiation day. Photosensitize dose is selected from 0.1 mg/kg to 0.5 mg/kg in the first injection and is set to be 0.05 to 0.25 mg/kg of body weight in the following injections. EFFECT: more uniform photosensitizer distribution; reduced total dose injected; reduced risk of complications.
