FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, oncology, and can be used for photodynamic therapy of skin cancer. That is ensured by intravenous drop-by-drop introduction of a photosensitiser. Then 3-6 hours prior to PDT session, the whole area of tumour lesion is coated with 5-aminolevulinic acid. PDT session is immediately preceded with fluorescent diagnostics of cancer loci at fluorescence excitation within wavelengths of visible spectrum 380-460 nm. Then all detected cancer loci are consistently exposed to laser with involving herewith normal surrounding skin. PDT is immediately followed or combined with laser hyperthermia at temperature not less than 43°C. 5-aminolevulinic acid can be used in the form of preparation Alasens 20% ointment. Fluorescent diagnostics can be ensured by means of special glasses with light filters. Laser hyperthermia can take within 15-30 minutes.

EFFECT: invention allows for detecting true borders of tumour lesion before therapeutic session, detecting latent cancer loci for the following laser exposure, improving clinical effectiveness due to application of photosensitisers of two different types combined with laser hyperthermia, reducing time for examination and treatment owing to combination of three procedures within one session.
