FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing with ultraviolet lamp mounted inside, power supply unit, mechanism for fastening physiological system having quartz capillary tube. The capillary tube is placed under the ultraviolet lamp in parallel to it and is joined by means of tubes to puncture needle and receiving reservoir. The device has microswitch member for making engagement with cover, governing photoelectric cells for controlling medium density in the physiological system and controlling electronic clock unit, microscreen filter set between the quartz capillary tube and puncture needle, additional reservoir for keeping blood stabilizer solution, dropping tube with member for controlling tube lumen cross- section. The receiving reservoir is flexible sack graduated in volume levels enclosed into hard transparent container with nipple. The ultraviolet lamp is mounted on inside of quartz tube so that closed sealed space is created as ring-shaped gap filled with air.
