SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 14,17-C₂-bridge steroids of the formula (I) where R³ is O; R⁶ is H, α- or β-C₁-C₄-alkyl and in this case R⁶ and R⁷ in common form additional bond; R₇-α is β-C₁-C₄- or R⁶- alkyl and in this case R^6′ and are both H, or R⁹ and R¹⁰ each means H or in common they form a bond; R¹¹ and R¹² each means H or in common they form a bond; R¹³ is CH₃ or C₂H₅; R¹⁵ is H or C₁-C₃-alkyl; R¹⁶ and R^16′ mean independently H, C₁-C₃-alkyl or C₁-C₄-alkenyl or in common they form C₁-C₃-alkylidene; R¹⁵ and R¹⁶ in common form the cycle where n = 1; X is O and R¹⁶ is H; R^17′ is H, C₁-C₃-alkyl; R¹⁷ is H, C₁-C₃-alkyl; and each means H or in common they form a bond; R²¹ is H or C₁-C₃-alkyl; R²¹ is H, C₁-C₃-alkyl or OH with exception of 14,17-ethano-19- -norpregn-4-ene-3,20-dione.
