FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering field and resource-saving of machines and mechanisms, particularly, to compositions for reduction of wear out metallic surfaces of details on the basis of ferrous and non-ferrous metals by means of creation on surfaces of saving coatings, allowing wear resistance, corrosion resistance, enough strength and reduced friction ratio. Proposed double-base compound includes serpentine with structure of chrysotile, formed by carbonate rocks, and sintered vermiculite at following ratio of components, wt %: serpentine with structure of chrysotile, firmed by carbonate rocks 85-99; and sintered vermiculite 1-15. Invention provides optimise compound by means of reduction of its components amount, providing formation on treated surfaces of saving films with high performance attributes. Compound components corresponds inexpensive, available and widely distributed natural materials.
EFFECT: development of inexpensive and effective composition for reduction of metallic surfaces.
