FIELD: paper-and-pulp industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fibers from cellulose derivatives and fibers from regenerated cellulose based on these derivatives. In particular, fibers are manufactured from cellulose formate in phosphoric acid-based solvent in conformity with wet-and-dry spinning technique. Method involves coagulation of fibers and washing procedure performed in acetone. Fiber from regenerated cellulose is obtained by treating fiber from cellulose formate in high-concentration sodium hydroxide aqueous solution. Fibers have high strength and module values in combination with improved elongation at rupture and destruction energy.
