FIELD: paper-and-pulp industry. SUBSTANCE: regenerated cellulose fibers are fabricated from anisotropic solution containing cellulose formate, phosphoric acid, and formic acid. Fibers are further dried to moisture content below 20% before regeneration and, after the latter, fibers are washed and dried in low-tension state. Process gives thread, from which reinforcing material is manufactured.
