FIELD: mining; applicable in powered supports of mining complexes designed for mineral mining by underground method, especially, on beds with tin extracted thickness, particularly, designs of joints of capping sides with roofing or fancing. SUBSTANCE: device has ears of capping and roofing hinged by pins, capping external side and internal side of roofing hinged with each other by cylindrical bushings rigidly connected with external side of capping and made with internal holes whose diameter is larger than that of pins connecting capping with roofing. Cylindrical bushings, protruding toward pins have stop devices installed on cylindrical surface of bushing protruding part and preventing sides moving apart. Side of roofing on side connecting it with capping is made in form of open mouth or forked lug, and stop device is made on cylindrical bushing in form of rigidly secured collar located on bushing external surface on side of pin connecting capping with roofing for free longitudinal installation of roofing side with open mouth onto cylindrical bushing between capping side and collar. EFFECT: reduced expenditures for manufacture and servicing, extended field of application to beds with small thickness, reduced metal content, simplified design and increased safety. 5 cl, 6 dwg
