FIELD: protection of inner cavity of filler neck of flying vehicle against outside factors. SUBSTANCE: safety device has body with hole, cover, lever articulated on body ear, latch, hold- down and locking mechanisms with limiting member. Device is provided with flexible member, lever and actuator mechanism of latch rod, base secured on lever and engageable with cover; flexible member is engageable with body and secured on cover. Lever actuator is made in form of torsion spring arranged inside bush and secured to this bush at one end; at other end, it is secured in one blank engageable with bush and secured on body ear; bush is mounted on lever which is engageable with body ear. Hold-down mechanism is made in form of pins hermetically secured in cover at one end and evenly distributed over surface in parallel with its axis; free ends of these pins are movable in base of lever by means of flexible members engageable with cover and lever base. Locking mechanism is made in form of spring-loaded truncated stop engageable with limiting member made in form of retainer fitted on lever; rod of drive mechanism of latch is spring- loaded.
