Anisotropic X-shaped or star-shaped inclusions being detected, 2-3 days long antimycotic therapy course is applied and the examination is repeated. Anisotropic inclusions being detected, spore forms or vegetating young Candidae being detected, ineffectiveness of treatment course is considered to take place. No anisotropic inclusions being detected, favorable treatment results are to be predicted. EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis. 5 dwg
