FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making microscopic analysis of middle portion of urine. A urine drop is placed on transparent plastic surface immediately after urination in the amount of 0.1-0.2 ml and dried at 18-30 C and relative humidity of 55-60% during 18 h. Thin parallel linear structures being found on the dried drop surface, bacterial infection is diagnosed. EFFECT: high reliability of diagnosis. 2 dwg
