FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has handle and oval working heads having longitudinal and transverse edges. One head member has its edges arranged in longitudinal direction. The edges of the other one are arranged in transverse direction. Every working head has rounded end for making subcutaneous layer tunneling of the anterior surface of ear cartilage. The device makes longitudinal and transverse grooves at 2/3 of ear cartilage depth in the area of maximum stress with anthelix of esthetic shape to be created.
