SUBSTANCE: on the posterior surface of the auricle, marking is made, which divides the posterior surface of the auricle into 4 quadrants. In each quadrant, the location of the dotted cut is marked, 5 mm away from the corresponding vertical and horizontal lines. Point cuts are made. A needle with an atraumatic thread is inserted into the medially superior incision, passed at the level of the perichondrium along the anterior surface, and withdrawn through the medially inferior incision. Then the needle is passed subcutaneously along the back surface of the ear and removed through the lateral lower incision. The needle is passed along the anterior surface of the ear at the level of the perichondrium, and brought out through the upper lateral incision. The needle is passed subcutaneously along the posterior surface of the ear and brought out into the medially upper incision. Both ends of the thread are tied into a knot controlling the required angle of the formed antihelix with a ruler.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of performing a minimally invasive operation, which makes it possible to obtain a good anatomical effect while reducing the treatment time and reducing the risk of complications.
