Thermocutter of one side and thermocutter table are arranged in space between working and transfer tables in one horizontal plane with these tables. Thermocutter is connected through tie-rod by lever with foot pedal. With pedal pressed on, thermocutter is set in working vertical position, and with pedal released, it returns in initial horizontal position. Through-type shrinking chamber with conveyor is installed behind. Roll of shrinkable film on roll holder is arranged above working table.
