FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: method used for shoring foundation in particular strip foundation involves trench penetration on external side of foundation, excavation of horizontal openings under foundation, reinforcement laying into excavation, and grout injection. Novelty is that horizontal openings under foundation are made in turn right up against foundation foot by flame method and followed by widening of each opening and arrangement of flat foot in opening by same method. Laid reinforcement of adjacent openings is joined by crosspieces. Device for shoring foundation has bed with stop and working element with drive ensuring its displacement along bed. Novelty in device is that bed is provided with second stop installed on same line as first one; it is placed between these stops for displacement along this line. Working element is made in the form of removable flame jet burner installed on drill rod for rotating about its axis and joined to fuel and oxidizing agent supply system.
