FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions consisting of great number of particles with mean diameter about from 0.25 mm to 2 mm that can be used for treatment of patients with obesity. Particles have tetrahydrolipstatin, stabilizing agent of its hydrolytic decomposition and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, not less. Stabilizing agent shows greater rate of moisture absorption as compared with that for tetrahydrolipstatin. Particles can be made as granules or micropills. Stabilizing agent is taken among the group: polyvinylpyrrolidone, lactose, their mixture, hydroxy- -methylcellulose and hydroxypropylcellulose. Particles can be used for preparing standard dosed form, for example, tablets and capsules.
