Invention proposes a solid pharmaceutical form for administration containing diphosphonic acid or its physiologically compatible salt as active substance. The indicated active substance presents in granulated form being optionally with pharmaceutical adjuvants in the internal phase and the external phase comprises a lubricant as a stearic acid taken in the amount less as about 5% as measured for the total form mass for administration. Invention provides preparing agent that is stable to provide uniform release of an active substance and almost completely for 30 min.
