FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable in isolation work during major repairs of wells for temporary shutoff of wellbore. SUBSTANCE: packer has mandrel with blank flange and stops, sealing member, lock of sealing member position, cone with slips, setting tool body and rod, setting lock and removable units with serration. Mandrel is made with circular recess on outer surface, through slots and radial holes. Installed in circular recess is bushing with spherical circular recess, locking balls engageable with removable unit. Bushing has through slots. Removable unit is engageable with bushing and connected with mandrel through shear member. Lock of sealing member position is made in form of lock washer engageable with circular serration on bushing. This serration is made for lock washer. EFFECT: simplified design and higher operate reliability of packet. 2 dwg
