SUBSTANCE: power plant operation process is characterized in that full-flow condensate is sequentially heated in low-pressure regenerative heaters, makeup water is deaerated in vacuum deaerator supplied with heating agent; deaerated makeup water is mixed up with full-flow turbine condensate upstream of one of regenerative heaters. Condensate taken from regenerative heater is used as heating agent for vacuum deaerator; deaerated makeup water is mixed up with full-flow condensate upstream of regenerative heater.
