SUBSTANCE: power plant has steam turbine with low-pressure regenerative heaters inserted in full-flow condensate path of turbine; vacuum makeup water deaerator with heating agent line connected through deaerated makeup water pipeline with full-flow condensate path of turbine upstream of one of regenerative heaters. Heating agent line of vacuum deaerator is connected to full-flow condensate path of turbine downstream of regenerative heater; deaerated makeup water pipeline is connected to full-flow condensate path upstream of regenerative heater.
