FIELD: conversion equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to conversion units of capacitive pickups of information take-off and can be used to construct various instruments. Method is based of employment of processes occurring in RCL circuit under periodic action of rectangular voltage pulses which are formed from constant voltage by alternation of interval of its commutation to RCL circuit and of intervals of processing of current of transition process in RCL circuit which includes pickup with converted capacitance C. In processing current of transition process is integrated and constant component is extracted from it. Commutation frequency is set such that zero increment of constant component of integrated current is provided. EFFECT: high sensitivity of conversion as integrated processing of current of transition period is conducted as a result of which accumulation of conversion errors of each processing interval takes place. 1 dwg
