FIELD: production of individual sanitary and hygienic articles. SUBSTANCE: device has handle, head and treating part, which may be arranged in fixed position inside head slot or pushed out of slot by springy pressing member fixed to rear side of head. To push treating part out of slot, user applies force to springy pressing member, which, in its turn, acts upon rear side of treating part. Head has lateral opening adapted for receiving treating part and closed with springy pressing member. The latter is made in the form of resilient plastic washer and is hermetically attached with its peripheral edge to opening wall.
