Bristles are composed of rod and at least one spiral extending across spiral lateral surface, and have at least 3-5 coils per cm of length. Spiral head has rounded ridge. Method involves extruding profiled monofilament or monofilament with at least one rib extending in parallel with axis; twisting monofilament on at least part of its length and fixing twisted portion.
