FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of industrial-destination decorative materials and aims to improve quality of material through increasing its light resistance, improving quality of embossing on face coating film, clearness of images, and to improve feasibility of book produce manufacturing process by eliminating adhesion of cases manufactured from layered material of invention during finishing operation on embossing presses and blocking of books during their piling. For that aim, invention provides multilayer material having paper or textile backing and polymer coating consisting of at least one layer composed of, weight parts: water-dispersion binder 100, thickener mixture 35-50, filler mixture 90-140, and water 350-400. Thickener mixture contains starch, casein, and sodium carbonate at ratio (6.5-8):1:(0.15-0.2) or starch and carboxy methylcellulose at ratio (6-9): 1. Filler mixture contains chalk and powdered cellulose at ratio (8-12): 1 or kaolin and powdered cellulose at ratio (8-12):1, or kaolin, lithopone, and powdered cellulose at ratio (5- 8):(1-3):1. Baking-to-coating weight ratio is 1: (0.5-1.25). Manufacturing procedure: coating composed as indicated above is deposited on one side of paper or textile backing at 50-70 C, dried at 140-175 (each layer if more than one layer are available), and coated material is subjected to calendaring and stamping.
