SUBSTANCE: reinforcing member intended for prestressed reinforced building structures has at least one end located in tube together with relaxation compensator installed in hollow of tube. Relaxation compensator is made in the form of curved strips located in pairs and pivotally secured by their ends to lateral anchoring plates connected to end of reinforcing member.
