FIELD: plumbing-control ware for long-distance pipelines.

SUBSTANCE: device has filter-dehumidifier, control and plumbing valves, pilot and pneumatic-controlled valves, pressure regulators, permanent magnets mounted onto rotary device, explosion-protected chamber which allocates electric magnets and first and second hermetically sealed reed relays as well as electron circuit for limiting kinetic energy of pipeline. The circuit has the third and the fourth hermetically sealed reed relays mounted for interaction with permanent magnets. It also has first and second pulse formers. One input of first pulse former is connected with first contact of first hermetically sealed reed relay. The other input is connected with first contact of the third hermetically sealed reed relay. Output of the circuit is connected with the third contact of the second hermetically sealed reed relay. One input of the second pulse former is connected with first contact of the second hermetically sealed reed relay. The other input of the second pulse former is connected with first contact of the fourth hermetically sealed reed relay. The other input is connected with first contact of the fourth hermetically sealed reed relay. Output of the second pulse former is connected with the third contact of hermetically sealed reed relay.
