FIELD: heat engineering applicable for liquid heating. SUBSTANCE: a vortex condition of water flow is created in a closed heating circuit in a vortex generator. Before feeding of water to the vortex generator the feeding pipe is influenced by a magnetic field, whose magnetic intensity exceeds the magnetic intensity of the earth's magnetic field, with the aid of an electromagnet. It results in a change of the water structure towards an increase of the supermolecular structures due to acceleration of the natural mechanism of reduction of the supermolecular structures destroyed in the vortex generator. In the vortex generator and braking device the energy of vortex movement of water is converted in thermal energy, and, besides, the supermolecular structures of water are partially destroyed with the aid of vortex movement and release additional "abnormal" energy of water. Hot water from the vortex generator and braking device is directed to radiators, where heat is transferred to the consumer, and the already cooled water from the radiators is directed to the pump inlet, and the heating cycle is repeated again. EFFECT: provided "abnormally" high heat release for associated liquids in the heating systems in the continuous condition by reduction or intensification of this "abnormality" artificially with expenditures of energy for it that are incommensurable with the obtained gain. 2 cl, 1 dwg
