FIELD: heat engineering, applicable for liquid heating in closed circulating heating systems of buildings with an circulating heating systems of buildings with an independent heating source. SUBSTANCE: cavitation condition of water flow is created in a closed circulating circuit in cavitation heat generator, as a result, heat is liberated in it. Hot water from the heat generator is directed to the primary circuit of the heat exchanger, where heat through a wall is transferred to the water circulating in the heat consumption system. The already cooled down water of the heating circuit is directed to the delivery pump and further, through a pipe- line, to the inlet of the heat generator. Before the inlet to the heat generator water is subjected to action by magnetic field with the aid of a magnet, thus the, natural mechanism of change of the water structure destroyed in the heat generator is accelerated. Thus, an opportunity appears for the device to operate in a continuous duty with a constant receipt of "abnormal" heat. EFFECT: provided "abnormally" high heat release for associated liquids in the heating systems in the continuous conditions by reduction of intensification of this "abnormality" artificially with low expenditures of energy. 3 cl, 3 dwg
