FIELD: heat technology. SUBSTANCE: water heaters housing these facilities employ heating elements which contain current-conducting resistive material capable of heating fluid medium when connected to power supply source. Current-conducting resistive heating elements are wound in spirals, insulated and protected by polymer coat deposited above resistive material. Heating elements are light, inexpensive and minimize electrochemical corrosion and calcification without any detriment to their heating capability. EFFECT: design of light, inexpensive and corrosion-free heating facilities. 29 cl, 7 dwg
