FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: device includes pre-heating tank. Fluid medium, for example, water is heated in the tank by passing the current at least through one pair of electrodes located in the tank, between which electric current can pass through fluid medium for heating to preheat temperature. The latter is lower than the required outlet temperature of fluid medium of the device. Fluid medium is supplied from the tank to the outlet hole of the device through outlet temperature rise channel. In outlet temperature rise channel there are pairs of electrodes between which electric current can occur and flow through the medium flowing via the channel for dynamic medium heating to the required outlet temperature.
EFFECT: device is capable of considering the changes in conductivity of fluid medium, as well as drop in specific conductivity of fluid medium as it is being heated in the device.
