FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing threaded rods of distraction system mounted on shortened gypsum coxitis bandage or orthesis into the proximal part of the femur along the femur axis at the first stage. Traction is carried out and articulation fissure is widened to 10-15 mm. Arthroscopy is performed after distraction system stabilization is achieved. Frontal, anterotrochanteric and posterotrochanteric accesses are maintained in concurrently carrying out intraoperative traction and rotation of the femur using the threaded rods of the proximal femur segment in different patient positions on the table. EFFECT: increased examination and manipulation field; prevented neurovascular trunk compression.
