FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has threaded rods for femoral bone, fenestrated plates, pelvic belt from medical plastic with fastener, adaptation units, rods, nuts with springs and threaded rods for femoral bone. The adaptation units are fastened to the pelvic belt with a rod and lock nut. The fenestrated plates are connected to the adaptation units with rods. The threaded rods for femoral bone are fixed in cup-type ball-and-socket joints attached to the fenestrated plates.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in relieving loading action and placing bone in functionally favorable position.
