FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device for hip bone decompression contains threaded rods for introduction into hip bone. Device has a bracket in form of flat semiring with through slot, strap in form of spring from set of thin plates, ball supports from elastomeric materials and nuts for installation on threaded rods after, introduction into hip bone, sleeve of pelvis and hip, joined into one-piece construction. Strap is intended for drilling holes for threaded rods in it. Technological hole is made in hip sleeve for introduction of threaded rods into hip bone. Bracket is connected to hip sleeve by means of hinges with possibility of smooth change and fixation of its angular positions. Strap is installed on bracket with possibility of travel on bracket arch and stepless positioning with two screws passing through bracket slot. Bracket and strap have mating surfaces. Both bracket and trap are made from X-ray and optically transparent materials.

EFFECT: invention ensures smooth regulation of angles of threaded rod introduction with efficient visual control of operation field, which finally results in increase of accuracy of hip head positioning, reduction of surgery time.
