FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves screwing two rods of the corresponding size in parallel to each other into the anterosuperior part of the hip joint spine wing. The like manipulation is carried out on the wing of the opposite iliac bone. The rods are connected to each other making rectangular frame. One or two rods are introduced in the frontal plane into the iliac bone body on the same side with femur head dislocation creating additional fixing point. The fixing external structure on the pelvis is joined with Ilizarov apparatus on the femur using telescopic bars. Proximal part of the femur is descended to the level of the cotyloid cavity. The proximal region of the femur is hold at the achieved level during 3-5 weeks. Then, endoprosthesis is set. EFFECT: reduced risk of iliac bone wing fragment splinting-off; prevented traumatic injuries of soft tissues; high reliability of fixation. 3 dwg
