FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with treating hip joint. One should remove scar tissues in area of false articulation of collum femoris and implant trochanterian component of endoprosthesis. Then, due to skeletal extension one should descend femoral proximal department up to the level of trochanterian component and implant femoral component of endoprosthesis to prevent muscular contractures in articulation.
