FIELD: medicine, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing dressing material for medicinal purposes. To prepare homogeneous mixture simple in its composition one should add unfired gypsum at certain ratio of components. The mixture obtained undergoes wet grinding to be applied then onto textile material and thermally fixed at 107-170 C to obtain semiwater gypsum. Such homogeneous gypsum bandage provides necessary velocity for adhesion, rapid impregnation and low gypsum washing out at pressing out. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
