FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of mixing powder of refractory material, pore forming filler and binder; pressing and double-stage heat treatment of blanks at using refractory metal oxide as refractory material and carbon-carrying thermosetting resin as binder and introducing in addition lubricant in quantity 7-12 mass parts; selecting pore forming filler providing relation of particle size of powdered refractory material and filler in range 1/0.9-1/8; realizing first stage of heat treatment in bulk coke at heating blanks up to (800-875)C; realizing second stage of heat treatment at heating blanks up to (1900-2000)C. Method provides simplified first stage of heat treatment, lowered temperature of heat treatment.
