FIELD: polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to binding agents based on novolacs phenol-formaldehyde oligomer for preparing press-powders designated for working under conditions of enhanced loadings. Binding agent comprises the following components, %: novolacs phenol- formaldehyde oligomer, 60.5-76.5; hexamethylenetetramine, 4.5-8.5; vanadium complex, 15.0-35.0. Vanadium complex represents product of interaction of meta-vanadate sodium and bis-aminophenol- formaldehyde oligomer obtained in extraction of vanadium from disposal technological solutions in ferrous metallurgy slimes processing. Invention allows the enhancement of the parent mechanical crushing strength and strength after thermal loading at 300 C for 30 min.
