FIELD: food industry; storage of liquid foodstuff. SUBSTANCE: proposed packing container made of foldable material has filling arrangement with channel closed by diaphragm and designed for filling product. Empty packing container is kept flat. In this case closing diaphragm is connected with opposite wall. In filled up packing containers closing diaphragm is separated from filling arrangement and is placed, like above-indicated, wall, at a distance from filling arrangement to open channel for foodstuff. Method of filling of proposed packing container provides punching of closing diaphragm, and filling device is provided with filling the with cutting edge on end.
