FIELD: corrosion protection. SUBSTANCE: part made from magnesium alloy has on its surface oxide film containing 15-35 at % Mg and 5-20 at % Mo, while oxide film is coated by fluorine- containing superwater-repellent organic film. Oxide film can also contains 10 to 30 at. % Al in the form of alumina and 15 at. % metallic Al. Air pump with electric actuator contains housing-protected motor, wheel- impeller with air passages fastened on motor rotor, fixed guide blades mounted in Mg alloy wheelimpeller oppositely positioned to air passages' ends, and fan housing with, enclosed therein, wheel-impeller and fixed guide blades, wheel-impeller bearing oxide film. Solution for chemical conversion-mediated manufacture of anticorrosive coating contains oxo-acid compound including atoms of at least one heavy metals selected from molybdenum, tungsten, and vanadium in concentration from 0.05 to 1 M, pH of solution being controlled by sulfuric or nitric acid between 2 and 6. Manufacture of Mg-alloy part consists in bringing the part into contact with the above-mentioned aqueous acid solution, resulting in formation of oxide film on the part surface.
