FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to receiving of deformed magnesium alloy, allowing high strength and well formability during extrusion or rolling and also method of its manufacturing. The alloy contains 0.1-1.5 atm % Sc, Y, La and its mixtures, 1.0-4.0 atm % Al, B and its mixtures, 0.2-1.0 atm % Zn, Cd and its mixtures, and also 0.35 atm % or less than element selected from the group consisting of Ca, Sr, Ti, Zr, Hf, Mn, Si and Ge and its mixtures, Mg and unavoidable admixtures - the rest and allows the second phase of fine-dispersed extractions and intermetallic compositions. Alloy, received according to particular invention is applicable for manufacturing of mobile electronic equipment, such as personal computers - notebooks, cellular telephones, digital cameras, palmcorders with built in video tape recorder, CD-players, PDA or MP3 players and also for details of automobiles such as covers of engine bay, oil-trays or internal panes of doors or structural parts of airplanes.
EFFECT: obtaining alloy allowing high-grade strength, impact viscosity and formability.
