FIELD: construction engineering; raising, transporting and laying insulated pipe lines in trenches; raising and coupling pipes in welding. SUBSTANCE: proposed strap is made in form of flat circular sling whose runs are shifted on central portion; ends located diametrically form cargo loops; load-bearing band of sling is made from separate polymer cords or threads provided with protective wrap. Width of strap in central portion doubly exceeds its width at the ends forming cargo loops obtained by means of two or more layers of commercial polymer which are provided with protective wrap made from polymer materials.
