SUBSTANCE: polymer container is provided with locking bands to exclude change in its shape after bringing it to working position; reservoirs are trapezoidal in shape; their walls adjoining the pipe line walls are connected with stiffening members located along pipe line at level of its horizontal axis; length of walls of reservoirs resting against slopes of trench provides for overlapping filling soil at the top; their upper edges are connected with additional stiffening members by means of upper cargo members which are located at distance from each other exceeding diameter of pipe line.
