Proposed soft power belt contains bearing panel with sewn lock in middle part and load loops at ends. Bearing panel is formed of multiplayer band turned to form ring with lapping of band and sewing. Flat soft belt is formed by sewing length of ring by longitudinal forming stitches with formation of eyes-load loops for connecting the belt with hooks of weight-increasing device. In process of ballasting of pipeline, weight-increasing devices hand on power belt and deformation in both lengths of power belt is the same. Length of power belt is determined on condition that points of contact of weight-increasing devices with pipeline are located lower than its horizontal diameter which provides stable position of weight increasing devices on pipeline. EFFECT: improved of pipeline.
